VIVIAN LURIE networks aggressively with over 9,000 other Realtors® of the Pinellas Realtors Organization®. She is a member and past president of IREP (Independent Real Estate Professionals). She has become acquainted with the Realtors® who consistently have buyers in specific areas and directly markets to them.
VIVIAN LURIE networks effectively with several of the area's financial institutions. She can assist in finding the perfect lending institution for each individual transaction.
VIVIAN LURIE is dedicated to "QUALITY" sales and continuous service, by getting questions answered promptly, and keeping you informed, step by step, of the progress of your transaction. She has the creativity, motivation, and perseverance to see your transaction through to closing. She continues her education in the field of Real Estate, not only with basic licensing requirements but has also achieved the status of GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). After being licensed only 3 years, in 1998 she acquired her Real Estate Broker License and has been owner of her own Real Estate company since 2000

VIVIAN LURIE has been a Pinellas County resident since 1954. She is married with a son, an FSU graduate who owns a computer consulting business, and a daughter who graduated from Emory University and U of F and is a CPA in Atlanta. Vivian attended schools locally. Before entering the Real Estate Profession, she worked as a nurse in local hospitals and then as business owner, supervising seventeen employees. Her first five years in Real Estate were with an established independent firm prior to opening Oakhurst Realty, Inc. Vivian is a "PEOPLE PERSON" who works and relates well with the public. She is a past Director of the Greater Seminole Area Chamber of Commerce as well as active civic activities and religious organizations.
