VIVIAN LURIE brings you over 40 years of Sales and Marketing experience.

VIVIAN LURIE networks aggressively with over 7,000 other Realtors® of the Pinellas Realtor Organization. She is past president of IREP (Independent Real Estate Professionals) and is acquainted with Realtors® who consistently have buyers in specific areas and markets to them.

VIVIAN LURIE networks effectively with several of the area’s financial institutions. She can assist in finding the perfect lending institution for each individual transaction.

VIVIAN LURIE is dedicated to "QUALITY" sales and continuous service. She gets questions answered promptly and will keep you informed through each step of your transaction. Creativity, motivation and perseverance are her keys to seeing your transaction through to closing. She continues her education in the field of Real Estate, not only with basic licensing requirements, but also has achieved the status of GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor). After working three years as a Realtor®, she acquired her Real Estate Broker License; and is owner of her own Real Estate company.

VIVIAN LURIE has been a Pinellas County Resident since 1954. She is married, with a son, GM of Oakhurst Management Corporation and a daughter, a CPA, and five grandchildren. Prior to entering the Real Estate Profession, she worked as a nurse in local hospitals and then as a business owner, supervising 17 employees. Her first 5 years in Real Estate were spent with an established independent firm, prior to opening Oakhurst Realty, Inc. in 2000.

VIVIAN LURIE is "PEOPLE PERSON" who works and relates well with the public. She is past-president of IREP (Independent Real Estate Professionals), has worked on the MLS committee at Pinellas Realtor Organization. She is a Rotarian and a Hospice volunteer and has served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Seminole Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as the board of trustees of her synagogue.
